PAYMENT
Payment may take place once an order has been made to GlassicEM after consultation 
with us concerning details of the required product. This consultation will 
take place via the telephone or e-mail as stated in the ordering section. 

DELIVERY
It is the policy of GlassicEM to offer replacement glassware in the case of 
breakage in transit to the recipient. All of our glassware is sent in special packaging 
that includes indicators to show whether mishandling 
during transit has affected the package contents.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be granted at the discretion of GlassicEM 
taking into account the circumstances to which a refund is 
desired. This does not affect your statutory rights.
